立法院院會今天邀請林全報告施政方針並備詢。時代力量立委黃國昌質詢時詢問，對於馬政府簽好的兩岸服務貿易協議，新政府立場是什麼？
林全答詢時說，服貿目前為止沒有在立法院通過，會等到兩岸協議監督條例通過後，看其中有無適當規範，再重新檢視。
黃國昌說，通過服貿是立法院的責任，但對於馬政府針對服貿所提出的衝擊評估報告，被太陽花運動的年輕人引為笑談的「Z>B公式」，黃國昌認為新政府應把衝擊影響評估報告交出來，「如果沒有交出衝擊影響評估報告的話，請問立法院要如何進行服貿有意義的審議？」
林全表示，會在那之前把衝擊影響評估報告重新檢視，並且把他們認為合理的衝擊評估報告提出來。1050603
